April 2008: Lord Stern has published a set of proposals for a global deal on climate change entitled Key Elements of a Global Deal on Climate Change at the London School of Economics and Political Science. The document proposes a comprehensive and coherent set of suggestions with the aim of advancing the current debate on climate change on the road to the UNFCCC's 15th Conference of the Parties in Copenhagen in 2009.
