Adaptation Finance
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has shown that global average temperatures have risen, and are likely to rise further, as historic and forecast greenhouse gas emissions take effect.
The OCC conducted a short piece of work to help other departments develop the UK's position on how adaptation to climate change in developing countries should be paid for. The outcomes of this work will be fed into ongoing negotiations on international climate change.
